Cancellation & Refund Policy

If the order has not been processed at our store, we'll refund the full amount promptly, without any additional charges.

If the requested order is process, it will be processed as a return.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • Return Process

You can return a product within 7 days of receiving it.

You must request a return through the customer support email (support@chandlersarisari.com, chandlersarisari@gmail.com) or the website's chat within 7 days of receiving the product.

You must inform us in advance before proceeding with the return. We are not responsible for products sent arbitrarily without prior contact, which may result in loss or additional shipping costs.

  • Returning Cost & Penalties

If we made a mistake (mis-delivery, wrong items, damage/defective products), we'll pay for the return.

The refund amount may vary depending on the product purchased. The delivery fee from the customer to the refund support must be paid in advance by the customer.

Unacceptable Returns:

We do not accept returns under the following circumstances:

  • If the product tag is removed or the brand box is lost or damaged, unless it's necessary to inspect the contents of the product due to packaging damage.

Exchange Process:

Due to the nature of groceries and our delivery process, we do not offer exchanges. Customers wishing to exchange products must follow the return procedure outlined above.
